Community Connections offers a supportive, flexible setting where community members can easily access a variety of resources during the day, including food and meals, clothing, laundry, showers, lockers, mailboxes, case management, health-related referrals, and housing assistance. Community partners come onsite throughout the month to provide access to their programs and services, creating a collaborative atmosphere that meets a broad range of needs.  Community Connections is the intake point and hub for the Albany Ambassadors employment initiative, offering opportunities for unhoused adults to re-enter the workforce and build their resume.
