Donate to IPH
Gifts to the IPH Annual Fund are put to immediate use and ensure IPH has sustained resources to provide uninterrupted services to guests. Hot meals, case management, health and wellness care, housing supports, and shelter services all depend on IPH Annual Fund support. Gifts can be allocated for the area of greatest need, directed towards certain programs, or made in honor or memory of loved ones.

Support IPH's Regional Food Bank Account
Monetary gifts can be directed to our account at the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. Donations are made directly to the Regional Food Bank, and replenish IPH funds when purchasing food for kitchens and pantries across IPH programs. With hundreds of hot meals served every day, giving in this way is incredibly helpful. Please reference “IPH” under Adopt-A-Program to direct your donation to our agency
Key Club Monthly Giving Community
The Key Club is our monthly giving program – a committed group of givers whose monthly donation ensures those experiencing or facing homelessness have consistent access to basic needs resources. This incredible community is made up of compassionate people - just like you! – whose monthly gift helps us open doors to shelter, food, healthcare, employment and housing for individuals and families in need.

Give by IRA Charitable Distribution
Beginning at age 70 1/2, you can donate up to $100,000 annually from your IRA instead of taking your required minimum distribution. For donors who don't need or want these funds, making a Qualified Charitable Distribution to IPH decreases your taxable income, lowering your taxes for the year. It's a win-win!

Please consult with your advisors regarding the tax benefits of such gifts and your plan administrator for the
required forms.
Planned Giving
Give by Stock
A gift of stock or mutual fund is an easy way to invest in our life-changing programs, and it provides a tax benefit to you. When you donate stock to IPH you'll receive a charitable deduction for the value of the donated shares, and you won't have to pay any capital gains tax on the increased value of your stock. It's the best of both worlds!
Ready to give? Your financial advisor will need our Account Number (5HR433044), DTC Number (0443), and Federal Tax ID Number (14-1666321).

For more information on the benefits of making a gift of stock or appreciated securities we recommend speaking with your financial advisor.
Match Your Gift
Double Your Impact! Check with your human resources or community relations department to see if your employer matches gifts, then complete the required form and send it to IPH.
If you are considering one of these avenues for making a charitable contribution to IPH, please contact Bonnie St. Onge, Director of Development.
Planning Your Legacy
Making a bequest from a will or living trust is a meaningful way to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of IPH programs across the Greater Capital Region. Your investment will deeply impact the lives of your neighbors experiencing or at-risk of homelessness for years to come!
