IPH Housing
With over 40 housing units owned or supported by the organization, IPH Housing provides affordable, permanent, supportive housing to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, many of whom are living with a disability. All tenants receive ongoing, person-centered supportive case management services that prioritize client choice, empathy, and optimism. IPH Housing is a foundation from which clients can improve their well-being and pursue a meaningful and joyful life.

Ahana House
Ahana House is a 17-bed Department of Health Congregate Care III Adult Home located in Waterford, NY serving adults who are homeless and living with a chronic health condition. Residents receive individualized support, including care coordination, medication management, and personal needs assistance. Residents enjoy a private room, shared living spaces, full meal service, and activities.

Fulton House
Fulton House provides 47 rooms of permanent housing for adults experiencing homelessness, with all residents receiving ongoing rental subsidies and supportive case management services. All rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, and a small refrigerator, and residents share bathrooms, community spaces, and larger kitchen facilities.
